Policy is a "Must" Do!
 Every website should have an
internet privacy policy that clearly states what kind of personal
information is collected.
All privacy policies on any website should also identify the specific
circumstances under which personal information may be
utilized.
Including an internet privacy policy on your
website is an absolute "MUST".
No ifs, ands
or buts about it!
Privacy policies are actually required by
Google in their terms and
conditions for participation in the Adsense policy.
Or worse,
terminated! (*Gulp*)

Be sure to read all the terms and
conditions of the Adsense program very, very carefully.

it is always in compliance with all of Google's expectations.
